WHAT IS THE PRESENTATION FORMAT?

You will have 15 minutes to describe your work to a multidisciplinary audience with a genuine interest in your field, followed by an informed discussion.

WHAT TO SUBMIT?

The initial submission must be an abstract with a maximum of 200 words. Later on, the selected abstracts must be submitted as full length papers with 4500 - 6000 words.

HOW TO SUBMIT?

For each abstract submitted you will have to fill this FORM.

WILL PAPERS BE PUBLISHED?

Yes, the publication is guaranteed either in conference proceedings or a Special Issue in a leading peer-reviewed scientific journal.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES? 

Abstracts should be submitted until January 2, 2024;  

Acceptance decisions will be made available on January 9, 2024; 

Selected abstracts must be submitted as full-length articles until February 28, 2024.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FEE?

Access to the conference, lunch, coffee breaks, and support material (e.g., conference booklet). There is a discount on the registration fee for students.

Presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

PAYMENT FEE

• After acceptance you will be contacted and asked to pay the registration fee and send proof of payment. Each participant only pays one fee even if they have submitted more than one abstract.

• Presenters that do not finalize their registration on due time are not guaranteed to be included in the final program.

• In case you have to cancel your registration, please contact the organizing committee until 15 days before the event, otherwise it will not be accepted.
