HOW TO REGISTER?

Participants who wish to attend the conference without submitting an abstract can register HERE.

Note that in the registration form you will be asked to present the proof of payment.

WHAT ARE THE KEY DATES?

Online registration deadlines: 

• Early Bird Registration - December 27, 2023

• Regular Registration - January 22, 2024 

After the 22nd of January, registration and payment can only be done in person, at the Conference reception.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FEE? 

Access to the conference, lunch, coffee breaks, and support material (e.g., conference booklet). 

There is a discount on the registration fee for students.

PAYMENT FEE

Every participant is required to register and pay before attending the conference.

• Students (proof needed) - free entrance

• Non-student participants - Early bird fee - 150€ (gala dinner included)

• Non-student participants - Regular fee - 185€ (gala dinner included)

In case you have to cancel your registration, please contact the organizing committee until 15 daysbefore the event, otherwise it will not be accepted.

HOW TO PAY? 

In the registration form you can select the payment option. You can choose Paypal or bank Transfer: 

Paypal 

1. Click the PayPal.Me LINK or enter it into your browser.

2. Click Send.

3. Enter the amount, add a note (“WPIR24” + NAME used in the registration form), and click Continue.

4. If available choose “Paying for an item or service”

5. Choose your payment method and click Next.

Bank Transfer

Payments can be made by bank transfer identified with the description 'WPIR24+[full name]' to the following:
